Uninstalling a program manually

Hi there, I recently purchased a program to help me get back my audio which didnt work so I went on line and found you and followed your instructions and got back my audio, thankyou so much. I requested and received a refund for the cost of the program but now I am trying to uninstall the thing and It wont uninstall, are you able to provide me with some instruction on how to get rid of it, it seems to be causing problems with my start up and I need it gone.

I suggest you use a free program called Revo Uninstaller. You can get it here:

https://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html

Download it - install it and then use it to remove the unwanted program.
