Error in use camera & video recording

Dear Sir

I had purchased a chinz e71 copy of nokia e71 for last two maonth.
my mobile nokia E71 copy in china mobile.Error in use camera & video recording "camera module not ready and camcoder is not ready" but other all function properly working.....

plz read this mail and tell me best solution on my mail id or contect no.

pls help me as soon as passible..

Dear Sir,

This should be coming from a problem with its software. Please consider sending it for repair to get it working back properly.
