Iu cant access internet using firefox

hello can someone please help me.. Ive been using firefox as my browser since i had a pc.. But after i ask a computer technician to reformat my pc. i cant access firefox any more.. And i dont know also anything about computer..The first day we got the pc after reformat it goes ok with the firefox but after 2 to 3 days i cant any longer browse using firefox.. can someone please help me..

Dear Lynn,

There should be some missing files or corrupted ones which is causing this trouble. Please consider uninstalling it completely and reinstall it for having the problem solved.
