Help! MOH airborne will not install

Hello experts,
ive got a slight problem, i bought a brand new version of medal of honor airborne and it will not install, i put the CD in, aoutorun starts, i click install, comes up with select language, then it says put the CD Key in so i did, pressed bnext, says extracting files, then dissapears and all im left with is the desktop screen nothing else, left it for half an hr still nothing, so i intsalled latest version of nividea phys, still the same. Any help? thanks.

Note: i am using an acer aspire X desktop computer with windows vista (SP2)
