Help tool bar gone!

Ok i dont know how it happen but i have no navigation bar and no toolbars on my screen :( i cant figure out how to get them back on and when i want to go on a website i have to search it then click the website :( PLZZZZZZ HELP ME GET THEM BACK..

Dear Maria,

Please right click on the available bar and check the Navigation Toolbar and hence obtain these toolbars back.
