My friend has a Hp Pavilion laptop not sure what number it is or how old it is. She said is was on some site and the screen went black but she could hear the sounds coming out of the laptop. She then turned it off to see if she could get it to work and now all is does is flashes a blue light on the computer. It looks like a lightening bolt. but nothing starts up. Not the fan, nothing. Do any of you have any idea as to what this could be. its kinda like no power is getting to it at all...just that little blue light..
some time virous delated operating system some file so we can faced same problem it can be corrected by formating d drive. if it cant help some part of computer damage or hardware fail. show a technicen for repair , thanks
