GO control panel ,look mouse and click on it and there is mouse setting . set there speed and require thing . thank

You do not say if you have a laptop or desktop computer. You could try see if it will work in safe mode with networking and run your anti-virus. If desktop try removing your mouse and reconnect then switch computer on or try another mouse.
