i had my iphone recently and i feel like an idiot, i cant find the app store button, and i don't know how to sync it!! i 'm in a serious mess!! plzzzzzzz help!!

there is a problem: i cant find the device button in the itunes!!
it's written Select your device in iTunes under Devices on the left-hand side and click the Info tab
where is that?
