Controlling xbox live 360 using laptop

I want to control the XBOX live using my laptop, i am not talking about playing games but like setting game using the laptop. i have connected the xbox wireless with laptop now i want the laptop keyboard to work simultaneously for laptop and for xbox. is that possible? if yes please advice

please keep in mind that i don't want to separate both xbox and laptop. i will be using the same keyboard to function with both
