someone hacked my yahoo acct how do i report it n how do i delete it but save things on it it will not take my email address or my password

Dear Sir,

If you wish to have it disabled, simply contact the Yahoo Mail Support and explain them the trouble. Otherwise, if you wish to have access back to your account, please have a legal case filed about it.
