Unfortunately if you do not know your secret answer you will not be able to retrieve your password. You could try emailing Yahoo but I am sure the answer would be the same. You will have to open a new account

Mrrigga is absolutely correct!
It is like trying to access to your bank account and can't prove your identity. If you were the bank manager, what would you do?
Open a new account and say adieu to the old one and the money that was in it!
