Problem with facebook games-pc runs too fast.

just about everytime i try to play FarmVille, PetVille etc. My pc motor starts running way too fast. I have to shut down the game for my pc to go back to normal running speed. I have updated Flash player. That did not correct this problem. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to correct it? Please help!!

The problem only happens on Facebook games. I have the same problem and have to do the same thing. Don't know how to explain it any clearer than that.
