Laptop keyboard problem.

Just awhile ago, my keyboard stopped working and right now, I am currently using the On-Screen keyboard.

My laptop is a Dell, I don't know what model it is.

edit: Thank-you for trying to help but when I shut it down for awhile it restored back.

remove the whole unit and clean it...or maybe the problem is the flix of the keyboard...
