Sony walkman cannot detected

Hye,

I'm having a problem conncerning to my sony walkman NWZ-B142F. The problem is my computer windows 7 XP Ultimate cannot detect my walkman. I tried to install but it stated that 'A SERVICE INSTALLATION SECTION IN THIS INF IS INVALID' .
what does it mean? and what i have to do? i've already tried to push the reset button but nothing change..i still can't install it.

PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME!!!!

sony nwz-e443 mp3 walkman is not getting detected !

what does it mean? and what i have to do? i've already tried to push the reset button but nothing change..i still can't install it.
