Pen drive problem

my pen drive is 2gb.i took files and kept in friends computer.suddenly there was a power cut.after power came and we onned system then whenwe try toopen pen drive it asked to format it.we formatted.from then my pendrive is showing only 1.34 mb.pendrive is transcend.nowwhat to do.please help me................

Take the help of hp disk format tool and reformat the device via it,have it downloaded on link below:
