Problem with 4GB San Disk Memory Cad

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my 4GB Sand Disk memory card. I added music to it and noticed that not all my music was there. So I deleted all of it and tried to download them again. Now all my Media Player says is, " Synchronized to Device". When I placed the card on my phone the music file said the card was empty!

Can you help me?

There should be some errors or corrupted files causing this specific trouble and hence for having it solved, please consider formattin it.
