Blutooth/ usb connection

i have windows vista on a Dell XPS one 24 (which came with a blutooth mouse and keyboard) i have connected phones to my computer before through blutooth... and for some reason my new phone doesnt work like that... is there a way to get to your contacts througha USB connection?

HI there,

Are there free Bluetooth adapter on your pc?Else you need to disconnect either mouse or keyboard to connect mobile to pc.
