AVG Technologies bank fraud Closed

Question

I had an issue a week ago where my computer started scrolling through telling me it was infected with a trojan virus.  I kept trying to click off the screen and finally I was able to get off.  Unfortunately now I have a charge out of my checking account which I never authorized or even gave anyone my credit card number.  Does anyone know how they can do this and has it happened to you?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello Dany,

Many rogue Trojan Horse of that nature also install a keylogger, so if you happened to go look at your bank account, the information was sent to the hackers.

Are you sure that you got rid of the entire virus: trojan and keylogger?
