My hard drive is dead....get my files back

Hi,
My external hard drive fell to the ground and is not working anymore. It is making strange noises now. I asked some prices to several companies but prices are crazy high....I cannot afford to pay 1000 quid to get my files back.
Anybody knows how I could get my files back for an affordable price?

Hi Adels,
I tried this company for my external HD (Diamond Max 22) who was basically dead. They did a good job and I finally got my data back for 299 quid. It just takes some time to send to them in China but except this point, I have been satisfied by their services.

Hi Rohit,
I found recently this company based in China (www.deadhardrive.co.uk), but I don't know if they are reliable and do the real job. The prices seems attractive, but I am quite not sure about sending my hd to China. Anybody tried them before?

Hi,
Tried them for a 1To Samsung HD dead with bad noises. They diagnosed a crash of the head and got my data back for 399 Quid. It takes a bit longer than local companies for sure and that would be the drawback. Nice services and fees.
I would recommend for sure.
