Remote Assistance

Hello,
I work in a company and I have a problem in remote desktop.
In system properties, There are two options, 1- Remote Assistance, 2- Remote Desktop. I can enable remote desktop, but i can't enable Remote Assistance to allow my computer to be controlled remotely? What should I do? Please Help me.

Please try deactivating your firewall and to see whether you get to complete the task.
