Monitor display upside down for one user Closed

Hello, 

We have 2 users on the computer. One user monitor display is upside down while the other user is right side up. Is there any solution to this problem besides ctrl alt arrows each time one logs in?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3
