Upside down videos on Instagram

I've installed instagram on bluestacks simulator to work easier when I don't have my mobile phone with me at office.
My pc is OptiPlex 9020 - i7 and I have installed the latest version of bluestacks.
the problem is that I see the instagram videos upside down. does anybody have experience with this?
should I change any setting?

Hi,

Apparently, some users face the same issue with BlueStacks. I suggest you report it by clicking the BlueStacks Menu icon and selecting Help and support > Report a problem.

I have reported this issue more thank 7 times to bluestacks help center through last 2 months.
No serious action from their side.

Hello,

Yesterday I was promoted to upload a selfie video to verify I’m the person who runs my Instagram account. I’ve tried uploading it all day and I get the same error message that says error please try again later. A never ending loophole. My instagram shows vedio selfie verification again and again. I have complted the process but it still show the same turn your face right and left so on. It get me frustrated from few days. Please help me out of the problem

I am new in this page, I have the same problem with instagram. I can not have access to my profile, selfie video is needed to enter to my account...but still doesn't unlock. Please if anyone has a solution let me know!!!I have tried anything and still nothing and it is the 4th day!!@

Now I'd like to put this story in my story highlights, but in a public way, for everyone, without the restriction of "close friends"....
