Pen drive problem

Hello,

i have kingston 32gb pendrive , it works fine wen i copy contents but then wen i insert it again the contents format changes and my pc couldnt start them.... plz help me.......

Hi there,

Before transferring data to device,do format it in normal mode then transfer data to it and make safe remove it time unplugging from pc.
