Hello,
My daughters laptop has got a virus as soon as you turn it on it goes onto startup repair saying it needs an hour to fix but stays like this permanently and you cant stop it or cancell it i took it to currys and they said they cant fix it as its a virus anyone got any ideas please???

if its a virus., the best solution for that would be os reinstallation since you cant boot to windows.
