Sandisk for motorola hint

I have a problem with my sandisk 2g that goes in a motorola hint cell phone when I put it in the sandisk card reader and put it in the usb port to the computer to look at my pictures its not showing all of them its not showing about a hundred and i dont know how to look at them when the card is in the phone the pictures are there but when i put it in the computer it just dont show all of them please help
