Hello,
my shift key opens another program, also cant use for any characters or capitalization. need any suggestions. i tried holding both shift keys down, didn't work.

try a different keyboard ( goodwill, savers, or the arc ); if no two choices: restoredisks.com ($30) or take it in for a $60.00 computer repair
