my msi wind keeps restarting Closed

Hello, 

my msi wind keeps restarting whenever i click either safe mode, start windows normally or any of the other options it just restarts again and it doesnt have a CD drive so please help me 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi there,

You need to replace the missing files needed to start windows,get an external cd drive and plug to system and make a repair,else yu can reinstall windows via a pendrive.
