Hello,

I have mail.com as my email account. I have been unable to get a message through the online customer support nor reach a live person. This is going on 2 weeks without success. Is anyone else having a problem? Help!

Hi there,

Have you tried with other browsers?delete the cookies and clear the browser cache and try again as its working perfectly.
