Not recognizing memory card

Hello,

I'm trying to use my old Micro SD memory card on my new Samsung GT E2120 fone. My fone won't read the memory card, I'm receiving the message "Not Allowed". Can someone help me?

Not recognizing memory card

Its password protected ,please remove password from it .
