Chinese E71 not Allow to Dial

Hello,
I have a Chinese E71 and change the GCN to WLAN and now I can not make any calls. When I dial a phone number the phone shows me a error messege: NOT ALLOW TO DIAL
How I can fixed that?

Hi there,

Get in menu,calls and set show number set by network,if you are lost with settings then restore all to factory default settings.
