I have a Dell inspiron 15 laptop but a Closed

Hello, 
I have a Dell inspiron 15 laptop, it wont boot up after it passes the load section that shows dell inspiron, after that the screen is blank with the little white blinker. Can someone help me with that?


Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 532.5
