Windows 7 Build 7600Closed

I need your help ASAP.  I upgraded my windows XP to Windows 7 it was work find until now.  When I turn on my computer it comes on and the says Windows 7, Build 7600,  This copy of windows is not genuine.   
I brought this windows 7 Home Premium is the store. 

What can I do to get my windows 7 to come up?  My I-cons don't even come up.

Hi there,

If you have purchased it from store then request for activation cd and enter to activate windows if already done and having this issue then ill recommend to contact Microsoft and explain them on the issue they will probably provide you with another key after verification processes.
