Problem occure with my pen drive

Hello Sir,

I have a problem with my pen drive, when i am trying to delete or paste something it showing that the "Disk is write protected, the same problem occurring when I am trying to format the Drive,

I tried the low level formatting tools, but i never succeeded in my job, I don't have gave password in it, and my anti virus does not showing some kind virus in it.

So, please suggest me, how can I recover of this problem?
