Micro sd memory do not work with LG go phone

Hello,



I have a LG NEON(TM) go phone, when I insert a Polaroid brand 8GB micro memory card, it do not work. can anyone tell me how to do.

Dear Edward,

Please check whether the problem that you are facing is not coming from the memory card itself by inserting it on another phone.

read the user manual, it clearly states that the phone only supports a micro sd of 4g or lower. Anything abover 4g it will not support.
