Adobe down load manager will not download

Hello, i have a Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit os..Compaq Presario...adobe downloader manager &
adobe Flash Player will not download..please resolve this...what can i do..
I can no longer watch you tube nor tv online

Please check whether the download path has been correctly set for having it downloaded correctly.
