Windows xp problem

Hello,
My shutdown properties is in classic menu. How to change it to the xp style? plz help me!

Start
Settings
Task Bar and Start Menu

Click on the "Start Menu" tab

Click the circle beside "Start Menu"

Click "Apply" then "OK"
