I am not very familiar with Windows 7.
However try checking if your devices are in device manager if they are you may have to reinstall the drivers. Right click next to device and choose uninstall and restart computer reconnect your device.
If you get a message cannot install this device or cannot find drivers you will have to download them from your cd/dvd or internet
