cant make a video call Closed

Hello, I have msn and I can make a viedo call to one of my friends but another doesnt have a webcam but they should still be able to see me but they cant why?

 



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

It might be that they need to have the specific version updated to the latest one so that it contains this particular feature.
