Hello,

I am having problem with my PC.

Actually my PC had got a lots of viruses so i decided to format my HDD.First i decided to format(Quick) only the C drive

But after i formatted my C drive there were pop ups similar to before. When i tried to install Eset NOD32, between the installation the PC shutdown automatically.

Now when i tried to restart it i can only see the black BIOS load screen and after that the screen becomes completely black without any sound..

I tried to restart several time but still got the same problem.

I decided to format the drive again but after i entered my XP boot disk i can only see this message "Setup is currently inspecting your configuration" and then again the same black screen and nothing happened after that.

Please can anyone help me with this issue..Dont know if its a hardware problem or software..

Dear friend,

From your detailes I understand, either your bios got corrupted or Hard Disk Boot problem.
Please clear following points

(a) Laptop or PC?
(b) Hard Disk SATA or IDE

Can you look for vich version of bios of which company you have?

You can update Bios and try againe

Thanks
