sound like you sound drivers arent installed, you would need to download the drivers and install them, there are no universal drivers for your problem so you would need to know the name and model of your computer and go to their website and download the drivers, if you cant figuere out the name and model number then you would have to look at your motherboard and see manufactures it and go to their website and download and install the drivers,
or maybe first try to do a windows update on your computer and see if that will locate proper drivers for you
