Windows XP troubleshooting

Hello,
We have always problem while browsing the internet, and has hang due to counterfiet of wrong xp software by the distribution of the system and every time this problem has arising, now the system totaly blocked and showing the counterfiet of the delaring as this copy of window did not pass genuine validation, while approaching the distributor to rectify, he simply says that the edition has been expired and you have to buy the new edition, so in a year how many times we have apply for the edition for their own benefit.

You may please advice us the solution and give us the correct details so that we can permenantly solve this problem to void this unnccessary disturbance.
