Blank page on computer screen,wont start up

Hello,


When I turn my computer on, their a black blank page that comes up and i cant press anything except f2 ,(f12 wont work either). Before this problem occured, I had a some sort of virus that got ino my computer and didnt let me go on system restore. So i decided to reststart my computer and all it gave was a blank black page,

I really need help figuring this out,

pleasee someone recue me!

Please provide clear information about its configurations in order to see into the matter and also consider giving more details about when you switch it on.
