mobile to computer pic transfers HELP! urgent Closed

Hello, 
I have pics on my mobile its a samsung F480i and i want to put them on my computer how do i do that? i used the USB device but it opened up this random page and said to drag drop my pictures to my documents but for some reason it wouldnt let me because i didnt have idle setting on or something ? where could i find that ?


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

This task should normally be completed with the use of its PC Suite. Please indicate whether you are using its PC Suite for proper help.
