Sounds are not working and everything is norm

Hello,

i have a Hp computer with the sounds inside my computer, my sounds don't work and it's not muted and i turned the volume up but nothing happens. i went to control panel and checked my device and it was working. i tried restarting and unplugging and replugging the speakers.

Sounds are not working and everything is norm

I will try my best to solve your problem...

go to the device manager and check whether there is any ? mark or ! mark

If you find any ? or ! mark, just reinstall your audio drivers once again
