if u don't want to use onboard graphic card, then try to disable it in BIOS
there are 3 options :
1) on board VGA
2) pci card
3) pci express card
which option should i select.and what are the other possible problems.is there any chane that maybe DVI converter is not working. Thanks

if you using pci express or pci graphic card then try to disable the onboard VGA and then check out
but let me clear one thing if you are not interested in using the pci graphic card / pci express graphic card then enable then onboard VGA
