Unable to get msn emails

Hello, I am tired of msn and not being able to get my emails and just found over 2 hundred thousand emails on another hotmail msn site from afarget, bin laden etc. HOW DO I GET RID OF MSN EMAIL ACCOUNT. MY INTERNET SERVICE IS VERIZON. DO I HAVE TO HAVE MSN? THANK YOU SHUSHE
