Computer hangs after few minutes

Hello, sir my computer hanging after 1 hour.mouse & key pord not working.then i goto restart it will ask safe mode,safe mode with inter net,normal windows.i select normal then working.after again same broblam.pls help me as soon as posible .give me a good answer.thank you.

Heat is often the problem. Try to keep the computer cool. Blow out the dust is about all you can do on a laptop. You can run a desktop with the sides off to keep it cool.
