Need help with download of itunes Closed

Question

Hello, 
I am trying to get itunes to download onto my computer so I can get my Iphone to sync. I have a 64 bit with windows 7 and I keep getting a message saying "stopping services" and the download locks up. I have completely removed all itunes and quicktime from my computer yet it still will not let me have Itunes back on my computer
