Playing what's on my computer through my TV

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite L505D laptop and want to use it to watch streaming video
on my TV. How do I go about doing this. I have wirless in my house and also have
an X-Box 360 hooked up to the TV. Anyone know the answer>
