try this 1
go to start-->run-->type
regedt32----->click on ok
a registry editor will be opened
at the left side expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE---->SYSTEM --->CurrentControlSet
-->Control --->Class --->click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
at the right side if you find upperfilter, lowerfilter,upperfilter.bak, lowerfilter.bak, just delete them
restart your pc
go to start-->run-->type
regedt32----->click on ok
a registry editor will be opened

at the right side if you find upperfilter, lowerfilter,upperfilter.bak, lowerfilter.bak, just delete them
restart your pc
